What we do

PestsGone LLC is a pest control company operating across Dubai and all seven emirates. We handle the pests that actually turn up in UAE homes and businesses: German and American cockroaches, bed bugs, ants, rodents, termites, mosquitoes, flies, fleas, silverfish, wasps and birds. We work in apartments, villas, offices, restaurants and commercial premises.

We are a Dubai Municipality approved operator and use only approved products, applied at label rates by trained technicians. If you want to understand what that approval does and does not mean, we wrote a guide on exactly that: Dubai Municipality approved pest control.

How we work

• Quotes over WhatsApp. Send the pest, your area and your property size, ideally with a photo, and you get a fixed price back. No inspection fee, and no site visit needed for most residential jobs.
• Same-day slots. Available across Dubai and the northern emirates for most treatments.
• Follow-up built in. Bed bug and cockroach treatments include the return visit that breaks the egg cycle, because a single visit does not finish either job.
• Warranty on the work. Warranty periods are stated per service and confirmed on your quote, and we re-treat free within that period.
• Pay after the job. Not before.

What we will tell you honestly

Most of the frustration people have with pest control in the UAE comes from being sold the wrong thing. So a few positions we hold, which you can check against the rest of this site:

• Fogging is not fumigation. Almost the whole market uses the words interchangeably. We explain the difference on our fumigation page rather than letting you assume you are getting a sealed-gas treatment.
• Fogging alone will not clear German cockroaches. They live in the plumbing risers and wall voids. Gel bait and an insect growth regulator will, which is why we lead with those.
• A cheap single-visit bed bug quote is not a bargain. The eggs hatch after the warranty expires. We explain the arithmetic in our cheap pest control guide.
• Sometimes the answer is not a treatment. Silverfish are usually a humidity problem, and drain flies are usually a biofilm problem. We would rather tell you that than sell you a spray that does nothing.

Why we publish so many guides

The guides on this site exist because most UAE pest control advice is either copied from American sites (where the climate, buildings and species are different) or written to sell a treatment. Ours are written for the conditions here: year-round breeding with no winter die-off, shared plumbing risers between flats, AC condensate as a mosquito and drain fly source, and the specific rules Dubai Municipality applies. You can read all of them in the guides section, and none of them require you to hire us.
